We had a great experience working with Ozzie during our home buying process. He listened to our requirements and expectations for the home that we were looking for and tailored showings as our preferences changed. I was most impressed with his flexibility to schedule and reschedule showings, and even make home showings available on the spot!
Also, I felt that Ozzie went over the top to advocate for our best interests. He stopped by the properties that we looked at during rainstorms, at night and during peak traffic hours to report on water pooling, street lighting and street traffic. He helped us ask the home inspector lots of questions and follow up questions to make sure no stone was left unturned. He assisted us through the negotiations and his keen attention to detail in the contracts ended up securing us a very good deal on the home we bought.
Ozzie was prompt to all our meetings, was available to attend all inspections, and document signings and - most importantly - was always available by phone and text for our MANY questions.
